Social evening event at a traditional  "Wiener Heurigen"
In the evening of the first conference day we have organised an unhurried social get-together at a typical "Wiener Heurigen". This event is included in the conference fee (all categories!).

Payment is required in advance of the congress via bank transfer or credit card payment. Please note! Your registration can only be confirmed after payment of the course fee into our bank account.

Terms & Conditions / Cancellation Policy
Booking confirmation will be immediately sent after registration and payment.  The invoice will be given at the registration desk at the conference.  Cancellation of registration must be done in written notice. We are happy to accept a substitute attendee without additional cost. Participants who cancel registration by 15 November2 010, are entitled to a 50 % refund, i.e. after deduction of the processing charges. The full registration fee is due in the case of cancellations made after 15 November2010 or in case of non-attendance.  Reimbursements will be made after the congress.

Insurance and Liability
In registering for the NANOSENS 2010 conference you agree that neither the organising committee nor the congress secretariat accept any liability. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements in respect of health and travel insurance.
